Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Processing
